Foods

Overconsumption of heavy, cold, oily, watery foods, like:

  • Potatoes
  • Meat at night
  • Too much meat
  • Leftover food, 24 hours or older
  • Too much sugar
  • Refined flour products, like white bread..etc.
  • Raw foods, like salads
  • Cold foods & drinks
  • Packaged frozen foods
  • Canned food
  • Packaged food
  • Mushrooms 
  • Nato, tempeh -fermented soybeans
  • Tofu
  • Seitan -wheat gluten protein source
  • Fermented foods/pickles
  • Yeasty bread/pastries
  • Yogurt @ night, or w/fruit, or w/meat
  • Cheese
  • Pudding
  • Tapioca

Habits

  • Snacking
  • Eating again before previous meal is digested
  • Eating heavy meals after sunset
  • Daytime sleeping
  • Sleeping past 6AM
  • Following a winter diet year round
  • Excessive restaurant food
  • Lack of exercise
  • Smoking
  • Alcohol

Other

  • Intercourse w/a new partner
  • Allergy to condom
  • Faecal matter entering the vaginal canal
  • Lack of hygienic care, either body or clothing
  • Sensitivity to polyester underwear
  • Lack of airflow
  • Constricting clothing
  • Optimal combination of both moisture and warmth to encourage growth
  • Dirty hands or nails
  • Low immunity
  • Post antibiotic response
