General Dosing for Vagina: Wash & dry hands. Immediately after removal from package, using your clean, dry finger, insert 1 suppository deep into your vagina, 2 times a day: 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. Continue for 7 days though symptoms may have already subsided. Most infections clear up between 3 to 7 days with treatment. If symptoms persist, please consult your physician.

Immediately after removal from package, using your clean & dry finger, insert 1 suppository at bedtime, continue for 7 days, though symptoms may have already subsided. May insert 1 suppository after your morning bowel movement, if needed. Most infections clear up between 3 to 7 days with treatment. If symptoms persist, please consult your physician. Do not use in cases of constipation or active diarrhoea.

The natural colour of the herbs is present in this product. It is normal to experience discoloured, watery discharge (resembling blood at the end of a menstrual cycle) while using VABalance.
The serum created by the combination of vaginal secretions and ingredients in VABalance is how the herbs are delivered to infected areas outside the vaginal canal. Wearing a menstrual pad will let VABalance do its job while protecting your clothing.
If using VABalance during sexual intercourse, natural secretions meant to lubricate during sex may have a thinner viscosity and become sticky when exposed to air. This is a normal side effect of the ingredients in VABalance.
